When you will click on the painting you like, you will see all the important information related to it on right hand side, which also covers the type / medium of that painting.
Well, paintings cannot be reserved as such but you can definitely add them to your wishlist if you plan to buy them soon. This can be done by clicking on the “add to wishlist” button next to the artwork you like. All such artworks will be saved for future viewing till they get sold off or when you actually choose to delete them.
For UAE orders – Yes, they are stretched / framed and ready to hang
For Worldwide shipping other than UAE - No, the paintings will be rolled and shipped to your address. You will have to get them framed at your end.
It is always helpful to review the artwork description before buying any painting from Artiez as any specifications will be clearly mentioned for the ease of the buyer like whether it is ready to hang product or not basis your location / address.
Most of the paintings and artworks showcased on Artiez Online Art Gallery come with authenticity certificates. Details on whether the painting of your choice is certified or not is given in description pof each artwork. Certificate of authenticity is signed by the artist.

Our paintings and artworks are shipped free in UAE. All selected items will be delivered within 5 days of purchase through FedEx.
For worldwide shipping, USD 52 will be charged and the paintings will be rolled and shipped within 10 days.
NOTE: not all paintings and artwork are eligible for worldwide shipping. Please look at product description for details.
Return of painting(s) or product(s) will be accepted with-in 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
1-The painting(s) or products delivered are damaged.
2-The painting(s) or product(s) delivered are not as displayed on www.artiez.me.
3-The painting(s) or product(s) delivered are not as per specifications mentioned on www.artiez.me.
4-Free pick-up for return of painting(s) or product(s) will be arranged in such cases.
5-Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy given below.
1-Refunds will be processed by artiez.me with-in 72 hrs of accepting the request only through the Original Mode of Payment.
2-Artiez will not be responsible for any delay caused by the originating bank in processing refund / credit

The price is agreed mutually by the artist and gallery
Curators from our team will shortlist and get in touch with you to make you part of the Artiez Family.
There are various commercial models we work on. Our team will propose the best one to you once your paintings are shortlisted for display.

We will notify you by phone / SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
The agreed amount on sale will be transferred to your bank account.
